I run a small company located in the Niagara Region (St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls (Canada)).

The best way to describe my service is that I run a Help Desk for the individual. If you have any problem whatsoever, I can help you solve it. Whether it is a software error message, or a piece of hardware that isn't working, I can fix it. Also, if your problem is that you don't know how to use a program to its full capacity, I can tutor you in that program. I believe that I can help the beginning and intermediate user in the region become more familiar with and more comfortable with their computers and the programs they use.
